Most people think sugar is often referred to as one cause of obesity. However, recent studies reveal that the opposite, sugar is the key to obtaining a slim body and recipes to lose weight.

Experts advise to eat good carbs such as fresh fruits and vegetables, brown rice, pasta and bread wheat. As for the type of bad carbohydrate, including white bread, candy, soft drinks, cakes, chips and other snacks should be reduced.
